Delete your Yaarly account

Yaarly (developer: Yaarly, megle@megaleapp.com) lets you delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Yaarly and sign in.
2. Open Settings (the gear at the top left).
3. Tap Delete my account & data, then tap it again to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email megle@megaleapp.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you use on Yaarly, and include your Yaarly ID. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile and Yaarly ID, friends and friend requests, messages, snaps, statuses, chat themes, blocks and reports you made, your coin balance and Premium, notification tokens and the phones linked to your account.

What is kept

• Safety records: if your account is banned when you delete it, a one-way hash of your email address and of your phone identifiers, and the moderation log of the ban, are kept so the ban cannot be escaped by making a new account.
• Payment records: Razorpay, our payment processor, keeps its records of your payments for as long as tax and payment law requires.

Unused coins and Premium time are lost when the account is deleted and are not refunded. See the Privacy Policy for details.
